Non-Executive Director Appointment

 

Jarvis Securities plc, the holding company for Jarvis Investment Management
Limited, a stock broking company and outsourced service provider for bespoke
tailored financial administration, announces the appointment of Paul
Shackleton as Non-Executive Director of the Board, with immediate effect.

 

Paul has 30 years' experience as a corporate finance adviser and broker to
domestic and international AIM traded companies, including advising companies
in the role of Nominated Adviser. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of
Sutton Harbour Group PLC and Rurelec PLC. He was previously a Non-Executive
Director of Woodbois Limited and GCM Resources PLC.

The following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and paragraph
(g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Paul Roger Anthony Shackleton, aged 56, does not own any shares in the Company
nor any rights to subscribe to any shares in the Company.
