 Notice of AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held The Spa
Hotel, Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 8XJ on Thursday 18 December
2025 at 9.00 a.m.  A copy of the AGM notice has been posted to shareholders
and is available on the Company's website www.jarvissecurities.co.uk.

The Company confirms that its audited results for the 18-month period ended 30
June 2025 will be released before the end of December 2025, at which time a
separate general meeting will be convened to lay them before shareholders.

Kieran Price, Finance Director of Jarvis Securities Plc, has approved this
announcement and authorised its release.
