AGEAS SA AGES.BR: Belgian insurance company Ageas successfully placed 450 million euros in Restricted Tier 1 notes with a fixed coupon rate of 5.875%, no scheduled maturity date, and expected settlement on December 16, 2025.

ARGAN  ARGAN.PA:  French warehouse developer Argan SA signed a new lease with Jung Logistique for the development of a 30,000 square meter facility in Tournan-en-Brie.
