JD.com rises on Q1 results beat, new CEO and CFO appointments

** U.S.-listed shares of JD.com Inc  JD.O  up 2.56% at
$35.95 premarket
    ** Co reports Q1 revenue of 243.0 bln yuan ($35.4 bln),
topping analysts' est of 241.25 bln yuan - Refinitiv
    ** Q1 net income per ADS was 3.93 yuan, above analysts' est
of 3.07 yuan
    ** In a separate statement, co says Sandy Ran Xu, current
CFO of JD.com, has been appointed as its CEO
    ** Ian Su Shan, current CFO of JD Logistics, has been
appointed as JD.com CFO
    ** JD.com down ~37% YTD
