JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Wednesday 3 July 2019 at Hollinsbrook Way, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR.
 
In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:
 
·    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 February 2019 (the "Annual Report")
·    Notice of Annual General Meeting
·    Proxy Form
 
A copy of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
 
Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com from Thursday 30 May 2019.
