JD Sports Fashion Plc ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Thursday 28 June 2018 at Hollinsbrook Way, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR.
In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today:

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting
·     Proxy Form
