Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General
Meeting will be held at 9.00am on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at Addleshaw Goddard
LLP, One St Peter's Square, Manchester M2 3DE.

In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to
shareholders today:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 January 2023
(the "Annual Report")

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice")

·      Proxy Form

A copy of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage
