Completion of £100 million Share Buyback

 

JD Sports Fashion plc ('the Company') announces that it has successfully
completed its £100 million share buyback programme (the 'Programme') which
was notified to the market on 10 April 2025.

 

As a result of the Programme, the Company acquired 121,730,000 ordinary shares
at an average price of £0.8268 pence per share for total consideration of
£99,986,794.12.

 

Following completion of the Programme on 25 July, the Company holds 79,897,460
of its ordinary shares in treasury.  The total number of ordinary shares in
issue which carry voting rights therefore amounts to 5,061,405,745.

 

The above figure of 5,061,405,745 may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
