Notification and Public Disclosure of a Transaction by a Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company was notified on 17 December 2018 by Peter Cowgill (the Company's Executive Chairman) that he had acquired an interest in 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company on 17 December 2018 at a price of 340.5 pence per ordinary share.
 
Following this purchase, Peter Cowgill has a total interest in 8,450,260 shares, representing 0.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.
