Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company was notified on 13 January 2022 by Peter Cowgill (the Company's
Executive Chairman) that he had disposed of 10,000,000 ordinary shares
of 0.05 pence each in the Company on 13 January 2022 at an average price
