JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company")

Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company announces that on 16 January 2024, Régis Schultz (CEO), purchased
a total of 91,321 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company at an
average price of 108.4159 pence per ordinary share as set out below.

 

Following this acquisition, Régis Schultz has a total interest in 3,695,094
shares, representing 0.07 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
