GENERAL MEETING 2022 - VOTING RESULTS

At the General Meeting of JD Sports Fashion Plc (the "Company" or "Group")
held on 13 December 2022 at its offices at Edinburgh House, Hollinsbrook Way,
Pilsworth, Bury, BL9 8RR all resolutions as set out in the Notice of General
Meeting were strongly supported and duly passed on a poll by the requisite
majorities. The Company is pleased that the Directors' Remuneration Policy was
passed with 99.22% of votes, the Long-Term Incentive Plan 2022 was passed with
99.44% of votes and the Deferred Bonus Plan 2022 was passed with 99.69% of
votes.

A copy of all resolutions passed at the meeting (not relating to ordinary
business) has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will
shortly be available for inspection at
