JD SPORTS FASHION PLC ("Company")
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2018 - VOTING RESULTS
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 June 2018 at Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR at 1pm, all resolutions were duly passed on a poll. 
In accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the special resolution passed at the meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
