HelloFresh appoints Fabien Simon as CFO beginning mid-September

Aug 25 (Reuters) - HelloFresh has appointed Fabien Simon its chief financial officer, the German meal-kit company said on Monday.

The former chief executive of Dutch coffee and tea company JDE Peet's will join the management board of HelloFresh from September 15.

He will succeed Christian Gaertner, who announced his resignation from the role earlier this year, the company said.
