JDE Peet's beats operating profit estimates in 2024

Feb 26 (Reuters) - Coffee and tea company JDE Peet's JDEP.AS reported slightly higher than expected adjusted operating profit for 2024 on Wednesday, supported by contribution from all segments and driven by organic growth and cost discipline.

The Dutch maker of coffee brands Jacobs, L'Or, Tassimo and Douwe Egberts said its adjusted earnings before interest and taxes rose 13.2% to 1.28 billion euros ($1.34 billion) last year, while analysts were expecting 1.25 billion euros on average in a company-provided consensus.
