Keurig Dr Pepper launches all-cash takeover bid for JDE Peet's

Jan 15 (Reuters) - Keurig Dr Pepper KDP.O and Dutch vehicle Kodiak BidCo announced on Thursday an all-cash takeover bid for Netherlands-based coffee and tea group JDE Peet's JDEP.AS.

The offer price is 31.85 euros ($37.05) per share, with closing expected early in the second quarter this year, the companies said in a statement.

They said that JDE Peet's board fully supported the deal and unanimously recommended all shareholders accept it.
