five-fold on debut
    ** JCSE opens at $14.20 vs $4 IPO price. Shares last traded
at $21.53 after being halted third time for volatility
    ** Co sold 3 mln shares and selling shareholder offered

    ** Founded in 1999, JCSE manufactures broad range of
cleaning systems, including aqueous washing systems, plating and
