Net Asset Value

 The Company announces that, at its close of business on 4 October 2022 its
 unaudited net asset value was USD 1716.4 million or USD 8.3 per share
 (Sterling equivalent at that date was GBP 1505.2 million or GBP 7.28 per
 share).
