    ** Co posts Q3 revenue of $20.7 mln, above estimates of
$16.6 mln, according to Refinitiv IBES  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nACS3T1kRa
    ** JRSH's Q3 total operating expenses fall ~9% to $2.4 mln
    ** Co expects Q4 revenue to increase ~38% on y-o-y basis
    ** Reports Q3 net income attributable of 1 cent/share to
co's common stockholders, below estimates of 4 cents/share  
    ** As of last close, JRSH shares were up ~4% YTD
