Aug 22 (Reuters) - Jericho Oil Corp  JCO.V  
    * Jericho Oil Corp - entered into an agreement to acquire 
an interest in 9,400 net surface acres in oil window of anadarko 
basin stack play 
    * Jericho Oil Corp - transaction provides jericho option to 
invest up to usd$9 million in acquisition 
    * Jericho Oil Corp - transaction provides development 
capital to acquire just under one-third of joint venture that 
will own assets
