In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Philip Austin, the Company's Chairman, has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Investment Trust Plc, whose ordinary shares were admitted to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market this morning.
