The Company announces that Mr Michael Liston will be retiring from its Board on 31st December, 2016. The Board wishes to express its appreciation for Mr Liston's long service, who was first employed in 1986, served as Chief Executive from 1993 until 2008 and since then as a Non-Executive Director.
