Director Dealing
Jersey Oil & Gas (AIM: JOG), an independent upstream oil and gas company ‎focused on the UK Continental Shelf region of the North Sea, was notified on 7 May 2021 that Marcus Stanton, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, sold 6,060 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and simultaneously acquired 6,060 Ordinary Shares in an ISA account on 7 May 2021 such that, as a result of the two transactions, his total shareholding of 106,060 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, remains unchanged. Both the disposal and the acquisition were made at a price of 156.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
