Director/PDMR Shareholding
Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that on 17 July 2026, Steve Heapy, Chief Executive Officer, and Gary Brown, Group Chief Financial Officer exercised options over, in aggregate 185,181 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to awards granted under the Company's 2023 Share Reward Plan and the Company's 2023 Senior Executive Incentive (Deferred Award) Plan.
The Ordinary Shares awarded pursuant to the exercise of options were satisfied out of the Jet2 Employee Benefit Trust.
To satisfy the payment of personal tax liabilities and other costs associated with the Ordinary Shares received, Steve Heapy and Gary Brown subsequently sold, in aggregate, 87,558 Ordinary Shares at a price of £14.74 per Ordinary Share on 17 July 2026. Neither Steve Heapy nor Gary Brown plan any further sales of Ordinary Shares in the immediate future.
