Dart Group PLC, the Leisure Travel and Distribution & Logistics group, announces that on 19 March 2020, Steve Heapy, Chief Executive Officer and Gary Brown, Chief Financial Officer, each purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.057 per Ordinary Share. 
 
Following these transactions, Steve Heapy is interested in a total of 231,462 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Gary Brown is interested in a total of 63,372 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
