The Company wishes to announce the following information as at 31 January 2016:

The above figure for total number of Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Block Admission
The Company also wishes to announce that it has applied for 484,715 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM under a block admission. The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee share option schemes in the future. It is anticipated that the admission will become effective on 2 February 2016.
