Grant of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that on 22 July 2025, Steve
Heapy, Chief Executive Officer, was granted options over 90,325 ordinary
shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) pursuant to the terms
of the Company's Share Reward Plan ("SRP") and 26,308 Ordinary Shares pursuant
to the terms of the Company's Senior Executive Incentive (Deferred Award) Plan
("SEIP") and Gary Brown, Group Chief Financial Officer, was granted options
over 68,963 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the terms of the SRP and 20,086
Ordinary Shares pursuant to the terms of the SEIP.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.

provider of ATOL protected package holidays to leisure destinations across the
Mediterranean, Canary Islands and European Leisure Cities and Jet2.com, the
UK's third largest airline by number of passengers flown, which specialises in
scheduled holiday flights. In the financial year ended 31 March 2025, over 66%
of flown passengers took an end-to-end package holiday with the remainder
taking a flight-only.
