Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that Stephen Heapy, Chief
Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 6,244 ordinary shares of 1.25p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 July 2022, at £8.01 per Ordinary
Share.

 

Following this transaction, Mr Heapy beneficially holds a total of 267,409
Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
