Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that on 12 July 2024 Robin
Terrell, Chairman of the Company, purchased 8,557 ordinary shares of 1.25p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £13.88 per share.

 

Following this transaction, Mr Terrell beneficially holds a total of 13,761
Ordinary Shares representing 0.0064% of the Company's issued share capital.
