Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that on 22 August 2024, Steve
Heapy, Chief Executive Officer transferred 28,053 ordinary shares of 1.25p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his existing broker nominee
account to a new broker nominee account.

 

Following the transfer, Steve Heapy's beneficial holding of 459,795 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued share
capital, remains unchanged.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
