Total Voting Rights

 

 

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to announce the following information
as at 28 June 2024:

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

 

The above figure for total number of Ordinary Shares may be used by
