Jet2 plc (the "Group" or the "Company")
Transaction in Own Shares
Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces the purchase, in accordance with
the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting
on 4 September 2025, of 765,898 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the capital
of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") from Jefferies International Limited
during the period 10 March 2026 to 16 March 2026 as part of its up to £100
million share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 20
November 2025 (the "Programme").
The Company intends to cancel the Ordinary Shares.
Following the cancellation of Ordinary Shares, Jet2 will have 193,538,893
Ordinary Shares in issue and no Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The
figure of 193,538,893 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Mediterranean, Canary Islands and European Leisure Cities and Jet2.com, the
