NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in respect of each Relevant Series and in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Special Condition indicated for such Relevant Series in the Annex hereto, the terms of the Relevant Series have been amended to give effect to an ISDA Amendment as such term is used in the indicated Special Condition.
 
More detailed information regarding the amendment has been made available to the Noteholders of each Relevant Series via the clearing systems. Additionally, in each case, copies of the amended and restated pricing supplements dated the applicable Amendment Date (as set out in the Annex in respect of each Relevant Series) have been made available to the Noteholders of the Relevant Series via the clearing systems and are available for inspection at the office of the Issuer.
 
This notice is given by the Issuer.
