** Shares of software tools maker JFrog FROG.O rise 26.6% to $59.88 premarket

** Co late on Thursday reported Q3 revenue of $136.9 million, beating analysts' estimate of $128.27 million, as per LSEG-compiled data

** CEO Shlomi Ben Haim said its performance highlights strong execution across DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps, as the company continues to expand into Governance and Compliance

** Co posted Q3 adj. profit of 22 cents vs an estimate of 16 cents

** As of last close, FROG stock was up 60.7% YTD
