SEOUL, Aug 17 (Reuters) - South Korea on Friday announced
its decision to not revoke the aviation business license of
budget carrier Jin Air 272450.KS , sending its shares surging
as much as 20 percent.
South Korea's transport ministry said, however, it will
restrict the carrier from registering new aircraft and routes
for a "certain period of time."
