** Steelmaker says American Petroleum Institute (API) issued suspension letter after audit flagged non-conformances, restricting co from affixing API monogram on seamless pipes

** Co says it has shifted production to other products, impact "may not be material"

** Trading volume at 884,001 shares so far vs 30-day average of 10.12 mln

** JIND up 11.5% so far in 2026
