** Shares of Jindal SAW  JIND.NS  fall 3.2% to 247 rupees
    ** The steel pipes maker said on Friday its Q3 consolidated
PAT slipped 5% to 5.06 bln rupees ($58.7 mln); rev from ops fell
~7% Y/Y
    ** Q3 iron and steel pipes sales fell 2.5% to 432,000
million tonnes
    ** Delayed government projects and slower construction
activity weighed on sales
    ** Stock slipped 22% in Q3
