Brief: Jinhui Holdings updates on disposal of two vessels

Sept 7 (Reuters) - Jinhui Holdings Co Ltd  0137.HK : 
 * Major transaction - disposal of two vessels  0137.HK  
 * Total consideration for disposal is US$28.5 million 
 * Jinhui Holdings Co- intends to use net sale proeeds recieved to first and 
second agreements for repayment of respective vessel mortgage loans 
 * First vendor, Jinhan Marine Inc, entered into the first agreement with the 
purchaser for disposal of the first vessel 
 * Would realize a total book loss of about HK$109 million on disposal of first 
and second vessel 
 * Directors believe that the disposal will not have any material adverse effect 
on the operations of the group 
 * Second vendor, Jinming Marine Inc, entered into the second agreement with the 
second purchaser for disposal of the second vessel 
 * First purchaser is Hsl Melbourne Shipping Ltd and second purchaser is Bsl 
Malmo Shipping Ltd
