Nov 28 (Reuters) - Jinhui Shipping And Transportation Ltd 
 JINS.OL  
    * Q3 operating revenue $27 million versus $52.6 million 
    * Q3 EBIT $-14.4 million versus $26.1 million 
    * Says the drop in revenue was due to large exposure to spot 
freight market and the drop in vessels' operating days   
    * Says remains positive with the longer term market 
    * Says will consider the need of asset impairment review if 
necessary 
    * Says aspires to grow business over the long term and will 
look at suitable opportunities as they arise
