JingkoSolar falls amid plans to list subsidiary's A Shares on Frankfurt Exchange

** U.S.-listed shares of Shanghai-based JinkoSolar Holding
 JKS.N  fall 1.7% to $20.01
    ** Co's subsidiary Jiangxi Jinko to issue and list up to 1
bln A shares in form of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) on
Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany
    ** GDRs will represent not more than 10% of Jiangxi Jinko's
total share capital prior to this offering
    ** Following the offering, JKS will own about 53.26% equity
interest in Jiangxi Jinko
    ** Including session's moves, stock down 45.72% YTD
