Dec 18 (Reuters) - Yuhua Energy Holdings Ltd  2728.HK : 
 * Shanghai Bei Xin agreed to purchase fuel oil and other oil products in prelim target amount of 20,000 t per month from Qianhai Yuhua for one year 
 * Unit Qianhai Yuhua Energy Co Ltd entered into a fuel oil purchase framework agreement with Shanghai Bei Xin Oil Company Limited
