Wall Street was on track to open higher on Monday, led by a recovery in the
tech-laden Nasdaq, ahead of the U.S. Federal Reserve's meeting this week, where
the central bank is expected to keep borrowing costs steady and provide cues on
its monetary policy trajectory.  .N 
    
    At 9:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.19% at 39,226. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.74% at 5,221.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 1.23%
at 18,281.75.
