Company Secretary Appointment

William Setter will step down from his role as Company Secretary of John Wood
Group PLC with effect from 18 December 2017.   He will continue in his role
of Group Financial Controller.

Martin McIntyre, Group General Counsel, will be appointed as Company Secretary
of John Wood Group PLC with effect from 18 December 2017.
