U.S. stocks pulled back from steeper losses in futures trading
to open slightly lower on Friday after a U.S. jobs report that
was tepid enough to lower bets for faster future interest rate
hikes, but not enough to fan fears of an economic slowdown.

At 9:41 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was
up 0.48 percent at 25,066.74. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.40
percent at 2,706.77 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.20
percent at 7,202.503.
