Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has posted the
Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 to
Shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at
11:00 on Thursday 1 May 2025 at the Doubletree by Hilton Chester, Warrington
