Johnson Service Group PLC ('JSG' or the 'Group')

 

Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

 

The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Keach to the Board
as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2022. With
her extensive experience across a range of sectors, having worked within a
number of B2B service organisations of scale, Nicola is a valuable addition to
the JSG Board. She will also be appointed as a member of the Audit,
Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

 

Nicola is Chief Executive Officer of Tivoli Group, the UK's leading
independent grounds maintenance provider, having joined the company in
November 2021 with a remit to grow the business both organically and through
aggressive acquisition.

 

Prior to joining Tivoli, Nicola spent nearly a decade at utilities company
ENGIE, latterly as Chief Executive Officer for the UK and Ireland. Responsible
for £3.5 billion turnover and 15,000 employees, she successfully led the
business through the COVID-19 pandemic, developed a new strategic direction
and purpose for the company and aligned the business to net zero.

 

Nicola's early career was with Serco, the FTSE 250 provider of public
services, where she quickly progressed to hold a number of leadership roles,
including National Operations Director for Healthcare and Business Development
Director for Healthcare.

 

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, set out in
the appendix below are those companies for which Nicola Elizabeth Anne Keach
(previously Nicola Elizabeth Anne Lovett, née Mapp), aged 52, has been a
Director in the last five years. The Group confirms that there are no other
disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies with respect to Nicola Keach.
