("JSG" or "the Group")

 

Block Listing Application

 

JSG, a leading textile services provider in the United Kingdom and
the Republic of Ireland, announces that an application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for the block admission of a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Group (the "Ordinary Shares") to be
admitted to trading on AIM.

 

The block listing will be used from time to time in order to satisfy awards
granted under the following schemes:

 

·    The Johnson Service Group 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan

·    The Johnson Service Group 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan CSOP
Section

 

Upon exercise, the Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and
will rank pari passu in all respects with the Group's existing Ordinary Shares
in issue.

 

It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 February 2025.
