Completion of Share Buyback Programme

 

Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has
completed its share buyback programme that commenced on 2 September 2025 (the
"Buyback Programme").

Between 2 September 2025 and 7 January 2026, 17,724,645 ordinary shares in the
Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at an
average price of 141.05p pence per share and a total cost, excluding expenses,
of £25.0 million.  This represented 4.5 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company when the Buyback Programme commenced.

Completion of the Buyback Programme brings the total cash returned to
shareholders since the commencement of the Company's first share buyback
programme on 15 September 2022 to £90.3 million.

The next trading update is expected to be announced on 16 January 2026.
