The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 10 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     10,233
 Lowest price per share (pence):          119.6
 Highest price per share (pence):         120
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  119.8773

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 425,799,492 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights.
