    ** Co says it acquired regional developer (RD) territories
in North Carolina and in Georgia for $2.4 mln, representing 69
franchise clinics and 37 signed franchise agreements for

    ** Our North Carolina and Georgia RD territories were well
run and are now mature markets, so we are acquiring RD rights
back, says CEO
    ** Transactions will expand our margin contribution and be
